Description
Allitinib (AST-1306, AST-6) is a novel, irreversible inhibitor of EGFR and ErbB2 with IC50 of 0.5 nM and 3 nM, respectively, which is also effective against mutant EGFR T790M/L858R, acting more effectively on cells overexpressing ErbB2, acting on the ErbB family 3000 times more selective than acting on other kinases.
