Description
LDN-193189 is a selective BMP signaling pathway inhibitor that inhibits the transcriptional activity of ALK2 and ALK3, the BMP TYPE I receptors, with IC50 of 5 nM and 30 nM, respectively. The effect of LDN-193189 on BMP is 200 times higher than that of TGF-β.
