LavendustinA (RG-14355), isolated from StreptomycesGriseolavendus, is a potent, specific, ATP-competitive Chemicalbook tyrosine kinase inhibitor with an IC50 of 11 ng/mL for epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR)-associated tyrosine kinase. It can inhibit the angiogenesis induced by vascular endothelial growth factor and block the induction of LTPGABA-A.
