ENMD-2076 L-(+)-Tartaric acid is enmed-2076 tartaric acid, selectively acting on Aurora A and VEGFR (Flt3), IC50 is 14 nM and 1.86 nM, acting on Aurora A is 25 times more selective than Acting on Aurora B, and has a slightly weaker effect on VEGFR2/KDR and VEGFR3, FGFR1 and FGFR2 and PDGFRα.
