Description
Neohesperidin is a new natural nutritive sweetener extracted from Fructus Aurantii Immaturus. Its hydrogenated neohesperidin dihydrochalcone is 1500-2000 times sweeter than sucrose. It is widely used as a sweetener (flavoring agent) in fruit juice, fruit wine, beverages, cakes and pharmaceutical formulations, especially as a food for diabetic patients.
