Description
Gardenoside is a natural compound extracted from the fruits of Gardenia Gardenia with hepatoprotective effects. Gardenoside inhibited the activation of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6 and NFκB. Gardenoside also inhibits cell steatosis induced by free fatty acids (FFA). Gardenoside alleviates pain in rats with chronic compression injury by modulating the P2X3 and P2X7 receptors.
