Description
D 4476 is a potent, selective, cell-permeable CK1 (Casein kinase 1) inhibitor with IC50 of 200 nM and 300 nM for CK1 and CK1δ from schizozoomyces miliflora in cell-free assays. It is also an ALK5 inhibitor with IC50 of 500 nM.
