Description
Nocodazole (Oncodazole, R17934) is a rapidly reversible inhibitor of microtubule polymerization that also inhibits Abl, Abl (E255K), and Abl (T315I), corresponding to IC50 values of 0.21 μM, 0.53 μM, and 0.64 μM, respectively. Nocodazole improves the efficiency of CRISPR-mediated homologous recombination and has a additive effect on enhancing the potency of accurate gene editing. Nocodazole induces apoptosis.
