Description
Bosutinib (SKI-606) is a novel dual Src/Abl inhibitor with IC50s of 1.2 nM and 1 nM, respectively, in cell-free trials. Bosutinib can also effectively reduce the activity of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR, MAPK/ERK, and JAK/STAT3 signal paths by blocking the phosphorylation of p-ERK, p-S6, and p-STAT3. Bosutinib promotes autophagy.
