Description
Vandetanib (ZD6474) is a potent VEGFR2 inhibitor with IC50 at 40 nM in cell-free assays. At the same time, VEGFR3 and EGFR3 are also inhibited, and the IC50 is 110nM and 500nM, respectively. The effect on PDGFRβ, Flt-1, Tie-2 and FGFR1 is small, IC50 is 1.1-Chemicalbook3.6 μM, on MEK, CDK2, c-Kit, erbB2, FAK, PDK1, Akt and IGF-1R have little effect, IC50 > 10 μM. Vandetanib (ZD6474) induces autophagy by increasing the level of reactive oxygengenspecies (ROS).
