Description
Deguelin is a natural rotenone compound, which acts as a chemopreventive by blocking various pathways (such as PI3K-Akt, IKK-NF-κB and MAPK-mTOR-survivin, etc.). The binding of Deguelin with Hsp90 leads to the decrease of the expression of many carcinogenic proteins, including MEK1/2, Akt, HIF1α, COX-2 and NF-κ B. .
