Description
CYC116 is a potent AuroraA/B inhibitor with Ki of 8.0nm / 9.2nm, which is slightly weaker against VEGFR2(Ki of 44nM) and 50 times more potent than CDKChemicalbooks. CYC116 has no activity against PKA, Akt/PKB, PKC, and gsk-3 α/β. CK2, Plk1 and SAPK2A. There is no inhibitory effect. Phase1.
