Danusertib (PHA-739358) is an Aurora kinase inhibitor that acts on Aurora A/B/C, IC50 is 13 nM/79 nM/61 nM in cell-free tests, moderately and effectively acts on Abl, TrkA, c-RET and FGFR1, and has a slightly weaker effect on Llk, VEGFR2/3, c-Kit, CDK2, etc. Danusertib induces apoptosis, cell cycle block, and autophagy.
