Description
Tucatinib (Irbinitinib, ONT-380, ARRY-380) is an orally active, reversible, ATP-competitive ErbB2 (HER2) small molecule inhibitor. In cell experiments, THE IC50s of ARRY-380 vs. ErbB-2 and p95 HER2 are 8 nM and 7 nM, respectively, and the selectivity for HER2 is 500 times greater than that of EGFR. Has potential antitumor activity.
